Simone McIntyre

Simone is currently one of the voices of The Guardian Newspaper podcasts. Other voice acting highlights include playing Caribbean matriarch Eleanor in Black Cake, an Audible bestseller, now a TV series. She also voiced the role of Yolanda Castillo in the Audible Drama adaptation of the videogame Far Cry Rise of the Revolution with Giancarlo Esposito which was released in 2023.

A native Londoner, she also often works in a Jamaican accent or Spanish language.

When she is not in the booth, she is also a writer and producer and the founder of Orley Productions, and her work has resulted in multiple awards at BAFTA and Oscar qualifying film festivals.
