Having worked at a very well-known voice over agency for 7 years, Leigh’s dream was to open a small but perfectly formed boutique agency representing only talented actors of the highest calibre. Over the past 12 years Just Voices has more than achieved this, becoming known for its wonderful roster of voice artists who work across the whole range of the industry.
Before setting up Just Voices, Leigh started her career as a singer in the rock band Romeo’s Daughter who enjoyed success writing, recording, & touring worldwide in the late 80’s/early 90’s.

Several years ago Dawn came down South after finishing her drama degree at Hull Uni, and hasn’t looked back. She established and ran a Saturday morning theatre school for children, the Academy of Children’s Theatre, for 5 years. During this time Dawn worked as an agent’s assistant at AIM & John Redway Associates and became inspired to set up a co-operative theatrical agency, the Actors Creative Team, which has been going strong since 2001. Having been bitten by the agent bug she worked as an agent’s assistant at Noel Gay Artists, then an actor’s agent at Billboard PM. In 2011 Dawn switched allegiance to the voice over world where Just Voices has been her home ever since.
In her spare time Dawn completed an MA in Screenwriting and is developing her first feature script in conjunction with Twelve Chairs Films.
